Skylight focuses on easy sharing by email or app and touch controls. Compare it when you want family pictures without managing a wall-sized art display.
Key specs: check the listing
This page retains the original “gen-3” URL for returning readers. That label did not reliably identify the products described. The manufacturer’s comparison lists the original 10-inch Frame at 1280 × 800. Confirm the exact model; Skylight Frame and Skylight Calendar are different products.
Sharing and subscription
Basic photo sharing is available without a paid subscription. Optional Plus features are separate: check the current plan for extras you need. Our earlier “Skylight Extra” label and fixed fee should not guide a purchase.
Pros and tradeoffs
- Email and app sharing are approachable for contributors.
- Touch controls let the recipient interact directly.
- Plan for power and Wi-Fi during setup and delivery.
- Check which features need Plus before comparing costs with Aura.
